We hope you love what you ordered. But in case it does not work out, you have 7 days from the time you receive the item to notify us if you need to exchange the item. An item can be exchanged for anything on the website (doesn’t have to be the exact same item). All items are EXCHANGE only, no refunds will be given on any purchase.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Once the item you would like to send back is received you will get a store credit coupon code.
Store credit can be used on any merchandise and never expires.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs back to STATUS Clothing Co. when making an exchange.
Status Clothing is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages after the delivery is confirmed via USPS website.
